DPSC was formed in 1979 by a sales and marketing professional from the IT industry. We have continued the practice of using search consultants who have been industry specialists and have held positions similar to those for which they undertake searches. Initially formed to serve just the IT industry we have now increased our scope to include other high tech sectors.

One of earliest search companies in the UK, we are now Europe wide in our business and 50% of our placements have been on the mainland. Many of our clients, both in the UK and overseas have been with us for more than 10 years.

While maintaining the highest of business and professional standards, we continue to foster the family atmosphere for which we have always been famous both with clients and candidates and within the company.
