Defining the role

Your specialist search consultant produces, with your close cooperation
a detailed job description, a comprehensive brochure to promote the opportunity to prospective candidates and a target list of companies from which the candidates will be sought.

By thoroughly analysing the target list, we identify the best individuals for the role and build a long list of suitable candidates. In conjunction with the specialist search consultant the research department interviews each candidate on the telephone and compiles a preliminary short list.

Validating the benchmark candidate

We introduce you to a benchmark candidate to double check that your expectations are accurately met and take the opportunity to fine tune requirements if necessary.

Creating the short-list

Your consultant interviews candidates on the preliminary short list face to face and produces a final short list with a detailed report on each candidate.

You interview candidates on the short list, and in consultation with DPSC appoint the chosen candidate. DPSC provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates. DPSC carefully manages the expectations of all candidates at this stage.
