We then work in close partnership with our client, with regular monitoring and review, to bring the project to successful conclusion.

A particular speciality of DPSC is formulation of detailed senior staffing plans for our clients. We identify missing management skills in the organisation; propose remedies for existing staff; identify the best blend of people for additional skills required; define the ideal profile of new team members; and finally find the best people to provide the new skills.
