The Talent Management process
Following an initial consultation, DPSC would make recommendations of how you would benefit from our Talent Management Service. If proceeding with our service we would follow this process:

  1. Initial consultation – understanding of the current procedures/issues and future objectives with both HR/Recruitment Managers as well as Hiring Managers.
  2. Agreeing the requirement and the solution going forward – gaining the buy-in from the management team and preparing a sales pitch to introduce the new process throughout the organisation.
  3. Your MINE Consultant will help implement the solution with software branded to you and guide Managers through the processs.
  4. Service and maintain the solution; capturing CV information and creating the database; career planning; corporate streamlining of CV’s and job descriptions.

By optionally combining Talent Management and Talent Acquisition it also becomes possible to not only streamline processes, capture, track and own information but also to communicate your employer brand more consistently. This will make greater use of networking, referrals and jobs boards, both in the UK and across Europe.
